Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance transformation, management consulting, or finance strategy roles in complex, global organizations.
  • Proven ability to interact with senior management and guide decision-making.
  • Experience in leading strategic initiatives in dynamic business environments.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects, including planning, execution, and benefits realization.
  • Manage project governance, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and progress reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to established standards and governance frameworks.
  • Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Mentor less-experienced project managers and contribute to building project management capabilities.
