Job summary

The Finance Transformation Project Manager will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the Finance function within a global organization. This role involves managing complex projects that drive significant business impact and require collaboration with senior leadership. The position is integral to a multi-year transformation effort focused on creating a standardized and efficient Finance operating model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Finance transformation projects, including planning, execution, and realization of benefits.
• Manage project governance, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and governance frameworks.
• Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance transformation or management consulting within complex, global organizations.
• Proven ability to engage with senior management and guide decision-making.
• Experience in leading strategic initiatives in dynamic business environments.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
