Finance Business Partner (Nordics)

Job summary

This role involves driving profitable growth and influencing strategic decisions within the Nordic business of a leading prestige beauty brand portfolio. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership to shape financial performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Strong background in P&L management, planning, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
• Experience in a complex, international matrix organization.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive and co-own financial performance across designated business areas, ensuring targets for growth and profitability are met.
• Collaborate with Brand Directors and Commercial leadership to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making.
• Lead financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Conduct forward-looking analysis to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into actionable steps.
• Challenge investment decisions to ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
• Prepare executive-level materials, including PowerPoint presentations, to support decision-making.

Skills

• Advanced Excel and experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating financial insights into business actions.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance, business, or a related field is typically expected.
