Job summary

This position focuses on delivering sustainable chemical treatment and monitoring solutions within the water treatment and process industries. The role involves maintaining recurring business and identifying growth opportunities at existing accounts while executing necessary services on-site.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong background in chemistry is essential.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility.
  • Fluent in the local language and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site service visits 3-5 days per week, including chemical consumption monitoring, water sampling, and laboratory analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to communicate findings and prepare customer reports.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Cooling, Boiler, Water & Waste, and Industrial process treatment applications.
  • Review Key Performance Indicators with customers in cooperation with the Account Manager.
  • Coordinate projects and drive ecological transformation by helping customers meet sustainability targets.
  • Participate in local team meetings to share best practices and manage sales initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong technical expertise combined with commercial strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to identify and sell water and processing solutions to expand business and grow customer relationships.

Education

  • A B.Sc. or higher degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with laboratory analysis tools and reporting software.
