Field Service Representative

Job summary

This role focuses on delivering sustainable chemical treatment and monitoring solutions within water treatment and various process industries. The position requires on-site work in the Kalundborg area, with several service days each week. Responsibilities include monitoring chemical treatments, conducting laboratory analyses, and collaborating with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in chemistry.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in local language and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site service visits 3-5 days per week for chemical consumption monitoring, water sampling, and analysis.
• Collaborate with account managers to report findings and prepare customer reports.
• Troubleshoot issues related to cooling, boiler, water, waste, and industrial process treatments.
• Review Key Performance Indicators with customers in cooperation with account managers.
• Coordinate projects and drive ecological transformation initiatives.
• Participate in local team meetings to share best practices.
• Manage sales initiatives and execute business strategies.

• Competence in leveraging product technology for competitive advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Tools
