About the role

Job summary

We are seeking three Facility Managers to enhance our team and support our site portfolio across the Sales Market. Each role will focus on different areas of Facility Management, including Hard FM, Soft FM, and Asset Mapping.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facility management or real estate.
  • Strong skills in supplier and contract management.
  • Background in activity-based budgeting and operational planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the FM Category Manager, overseeing strategy, standards, supplier management, and performance optimization.
  • Lead sourcing and procurement of Facility Service Providers, providing subject-matter support.
  • Ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery from facility providers and landlords.
  • Monitor portfolio conditions, identify investment needs, and plan actions for asset optimization.
  • Maintain accurate data in the global FM system, including lifecycle planning and project records.
  • Align facility activities with business needs and propose effective solutions.

Skills

  • Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities in a retail environment.
  • Collaborative mindset to foster strong working relationships.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in facility management or related fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with facility management software and tools, specifically Planon.
