About the role

Job summary

We are seeking three Facility Managers to enhance our team and support our portfolio across the Sales Market. Each role will focus on different areas of Facility Management: Hard FM Category Management, Soft FM Category Management, and Asset Mapping FM Category Management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facility management or real estate.
  • Strong supplier and contract management skills.
  • Background in activity-based budgeting and operational planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the FM Category Manager, overseeing strategy, standards, supplier management, and performance optimization.
  • Lead or support the sourcing and procurement of Facility Service Providers.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery from facility providers and landlords.
  • Monitor portfolio conditions and plan actions to optimize asset lifetime and lifecycle performance.
  • Maintain accurate data in the global FM system, including lifecycle Capex/Opex planning.
  • Align facility activities with business needs and propose effective solutions.

Skills

  • Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities in a retail environment.
  • Collaborative mindset to foster strong working relationships.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in facility management or related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with FM systems, particularly Planon, is advantageous.
