Facility Manager (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves overseeing the facility management services for a portfolio of sites, ensuring efficient and compliant operations that align with business needs. Responsibilities include managing maintenance, supplier relationships, lifecycle planning, and energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, construction, or real estate.
• Proven track record in supplier and contract management, as well as FM Category management.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and activity-based budgeting.
• Background in energy management is a plus.
• Experience in the retail sector and large international organizations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of facility management, including energy, cleaning, waste, and maintenance.
• Act as FM Category Manager, defining strategies and managing supplier performance.
• Lead sourcing and procurement of facility service providers.
• Ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery from facility providers.
• Monitor portfolio conditions and plan for asset optimization.
• Provide operational input for new stores and rebuilds.
• Maintain facility plans to meet internal and external requirements.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in collaboration with suppliers.
• Act as an internal service provider to various brands and sites.
• Maintain accurate asset and project data in the global FM system.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives to reduce costs.

Education

• Relevant degree or certification in Facility Management or related field is preferred.
