Job summary

This role is focused on overseeing the Facilities Services Function, ensuring an efficient workplace environment and effective service delivery. The position is based in Dublin and requires a minimum of four days in the office, with occasional travel to other locations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong budgeting and procurement skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) agreement, including reception and cleaning services
  • Oversee maintenance activities and workplace projects across multiple locations
  • Serve as the primary facilities management contact for office managers
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and cost management
  • Drive KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities management function
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, security, and business continuity standards

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with all organizational levels
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and a positive workplace culture

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or a related discipline

Tools
