About the role

Job summary

The role involves supporting the Fabric Development team in managing fabric development activities from concept to commercialization. The position is based in Pårup, Denmark, and requires coordination with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on development processes.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in the textile and/or apparel industry.
  • Knowledge of fabric development, documentation, and quality processes.
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Legal entitlement to work in Denmark or the EU through a valid work and residence permit.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with suppliers and mills.
  • Follow up on samples, lab dips, testing, and approvals.
  • Maintain development plans, reports, and documentation.
  • Support sourcing initiatives and ensure production readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, certification, and traceability of recycled materials.

Skills

  • Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and suppliers.
