Job summary

An experienced Executive Assistant is needed to support the CEO of a reputable pharmaceutical organization focused on critical care and anti-infective therapies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO's daily operations run smoothly and involves a variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders in a large global organization.
  • A degree in Linguistics, Languages, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and hotel bookings.
  • Coordinate interactions with the Board of Directors and manage all associated administrative tasks, including organizing Board meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence and compile documents for meetings.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A positive and curious personality with a problem-solving attitude.

Education

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Linguistics, Languages, Economics, or Business Administration.

Tools

  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools for scheduling and communication.
