Job summary

An experienced Executive Assistant is needed to support the CEO of a reputable pharmaceutical organization dedicated to critical care and anti-infective therapies. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the CEO's office and involves a variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders in a larger global organization.
  • A degree in Linguistics, Languages, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and preparing monthly expense reports.
  • Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
  • Serve as the administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings and managing related tasks.
  • Compile essential documents for meetings and facilitate communication between the CEO and other stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A positive and curious personality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education
