Job summary

This role involves supporting the Business Director and leadership team within a fast-paced Global Direct-to-Consumer & eCommerce organization, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various brands and markets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar operational coordination role within an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar planning, travel coordination, and administrative support for the leadership team.
  • Facilitate meeting schedules, including town halls and stakeholder sessions.
  • Coordinate internal communications and prepare presentations and materials for alignment.
  • Track actions, deadlines, and decisions to ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Support annual people processes and handle operational administration related to employee lifecycle activities.

Skills

  • Proactive, structured, and reliable with a service-minded approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with advanced digital tools, Excel, and AI-based workflows.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with presentation software, Excel, and digital collaboration tools.
