About the role

Job summary

This position is a maternity cover for a Training Coordinator role within a training department focused on customer engagement and sales support. The contract is for 6 months, with a potential extension up to 12 months.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a training coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with training bookings and inquiries.
  • Ensure trainers have all necessary materials and logistics arranged for training sessions, including venue and catering.
  • Manage training administration within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide system support to the Training Manager.
  • Collaborate with the central planning department for efficient trainer bookings.
  • Work with the finance department to facilitate accurate invoicing for training services.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using LMS and other administrative tools.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in training, administration, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Learning Management System (LMS) and other administrative software.
