Job summary

An experienced and customer-focused training coordinator is needed for a 6-month maternity cover, with the potential for extension. This role is part of a small, effective team within the training department, which operates under the sales department. The position involves supporting the daily operations and project management of training delivery to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a training coordination or administrative role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with training bookings and inquiries
  • Support trainers by managing logistics, including materials, venue bookings, and catering
  • Administer training activities within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide system support to the training manager
  • Collaborate with the central planning department for efficient trainer bookings
  • Work with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing for training sessions

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using LMS and other administrative tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education

  • Relevant educational background in training, education, or administration is preferred.

Tools

  • Learning Management System (LMS) and other administrative software.
