Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, and reservations
  • Coordinate appointments, suppliers, and services
  • Protect and manage the principal's calendar and communication
  • Book travel arrangements and create itineraries
  • Coordinate household staff and manage household operations
  • Understand and manage food and health-related preferences
  • Handle local Portuguese administrative tasks and communications

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or estate management is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and travel management software is beneficial.
