ERP Application Specialist

Job summary

The role involves supporting the global rollout and ongoing development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) platform across multiple production and finance sites. The ERP Application Specialist will collaborate with IT, Business Process Owners, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and optimization of the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical or IT-oriented education.
• Experience in supporting businesses within manufacturing and/or finance.
• Knowledge of systems/work processes in other business applications such as MES, CRM, and quality systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the global rollout of D365FO across production sites and sales subsidiaries.
• Maintain and develop the global D365FO template in collaboration with Business Process Owners.
• Drive implementation of business requirements through analysis, solution design, testing, and operational handover.
• Provide functional expertise and strategic advice on utilizing D365FO and the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
• Collaborate with external partners for successful project delivery.
• Offer second-line support to project teams and business users.
• Manage integrations with ISV solutions and third-party applications.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer with super users and local key users.
• Manage testing and implementation of Microsoft's updates and new features.
• Contribute to the optimization of business processes to align with strategic objectives.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
