Enterprise Sales Engineer

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales within enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of graph database technologies, particularly Neo4j and Cypher.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and Terraform workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs and Apache Kafka for data movement.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, and Go.
• Background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and drive strategic customer opportunities.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, workshops, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
• Assist customers during deployment and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and system integrators.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience.

Education
