Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or consultative business development
  • Proven track record in managing complex enterprise accounts and achieving significant revenue growth
  • Experience in engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year agreements
  • Strong history of pipeline generation and revenue attainment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of growth strategies for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Create multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and organizational growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion across various business units and buyer groups
  • Drive product adoption and upsell initiatives within complex customer organizations
  • Conduct executive check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess progress and future opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key influencers
  • Lead complex negotiations and develop value-based business cases for executive decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful customer solutions
