Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS, aviation, or high-tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Expertise in value-based, consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with a disciplined approach to territory management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field.
  • Professional demeanor and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle for assigned enterprise accounts, from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Generate new revenue through account acquisition, strategic expansion, and upselling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chief Pilots, Directors of Aviation, and other executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans for growth and service delivery.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy for reliable pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Lead technical negotiations and tailor software agreements for large-scale aviation operations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams for smooth implementations and customer retention.
  • Present products at executive levels and represent the brand at industry events.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field.
