Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS, aviation, or high-tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a full-cycle sales environment.
  • Strong skills in value-based, consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in presenting technical solutions to senior leaders.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, with a disciplined approach to territory and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field.
  • Professional demeanor and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process for assigned enterprise accounts, from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Generate new revenue through account acquisition, strategic expansion, and upselling.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with aviation executives to align solutions with their operational needs.
  • Create and implement strategic territory plans for consistent growth and service delivery.
  • Ensure high CRM accuracy to maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Lead technical negotiations and tailor software agreements for large-scale aviation operations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams for smooth implementations and customer retention.
  • Present products at executive levels and represent the brand at industry events.

Education
