Job summary

The Engineering Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a small product team of engineers, focusing on team dynamics and individual growth. • Familiarity with designing and improving automation workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and instill confidence in team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-5 engineers, dedicating 30% of time to management tasks.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
• Redesign engineering workflows to incorporate autonomous agents.
• Develop and implement agentic workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Ensure the correctness and reliability of outcomes through verification loops.
