Job summary

An experienced engineering leader is sought to manage the development of high-performance API platforms for fraud prevention technologies. This role involves leading a team of engineers to create scalable and reliable solutions, shaping technical strategy, and fostering a collaborative remote-first environment.

Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of experience managing software engineering teams in agile settings.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong background in software architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven success in leading teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
  • Experience in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud-native technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with programming languages like Go and/or TypeScript is advantageous.
  • Background in high-growth or remote-first organizations is beneficial.
