Job summary

The role involves leading a squad within the Lending & Cashflow team, focusing on building and launching innovative lending products. The Engineering Manager will foster a strong engineering culture and ensure team members achieve their best work.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an Engineering Manager role, with a proven track record of effective people management.
• Strong ability to balance team well-being with project delivery.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated environments is advantageous, along with a curiosity about credit products.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a squad of 5–10 engineers, promoting a culture of psychological safety and high performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, and create growth plans that align individual goals with team objectives.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape the future lending engine and ensure alignment between engineering execution and business goals.
• Drive the successful launch of the first lending product.

Education
