Engineering Intern (On-site, Fredericia)

Job summary

This internship position is for engineering students in the fields of Chemical, Food, Biotechnology, or similar, starting in February 2027. The role offers insights into how renowned brands and products are developed at a brewery in Fredericia.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or starting a master's degree with good academic results.
• Creative and proactive with a desire to contribute to the internship experience.
• Ability to work methodically and structured on tasks and projects.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations within a quality department.
• Take responsibility for quality in assigned areas of the brewery.
• Handle reporting tasks, including complaint management.
• Work as a PE for the laboratory, including the implementation of new analyses and equipment.
• Engage in optimization efforts, such as digital solutions or processes.
• Conduct problem-solving with in-depth root-cause analysis.

Education

• Enrollment in an engineering program related to the specified fields.

Tools
