Job summary

This role involves leading and contributing to M&A engagements, focusing on both pre- and post-deal activities. The Engagement Manager will work closely with clients to drive impactful results and support the development of team members.

Qualifications

  • 7-8+ years of experience in M&A strategy and execution
  • Experience in client-facing or in-house roles across the M&A cycle

Responsibilities

  • Lead various pre- and post-deal engagements, including product and technology due diligence
  • Assist in business origination activities, including pitches and presentations
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives and support team culture
  • Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, including recruitment and training

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to building relationships
  • Ownership of work with a focus on quality and impact

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Tools

  • Familiarity with M&A tools and methodologies, technology assessment frameworks, and digital value creation strategies
