Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles.
  • Strong written English skills (C1+).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CMME, SAS Certifications, CAP) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Project time expectations

Tasks are estimated to require 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, based on project needs.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour, depending on their expertise and contribution pace. Compensation varies by project scope and complexity.

  • Design computational engineering problems that reflect real-world workflows.
  • Create Python-based problems for engineering calculations and simulations.
  • Ensure problems are computationally intensive, requiring numerical methods or iterative solutions.
  • Develop problems related to system design, optimization, and analysis.
  • Base problems on actual research challenges or practical engineering applications.
  • Verify solutions using Python and standard engineering libraries.
  • Clearly document problem statements and provide verified correct answers.
