Job summary

This permanent position involves providing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidance within project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role includes implementing and maintaining the management system for projects and coordinating all EHS matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHS roles, preferably within engineering or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of EHS legislation and best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support management and employees on EHS matters.
• Lead by example and proactively address EHS issues.
• Identify training needs and conduct necessary training sessions.
• Audit projects and prepare corrective action plans for compliance.
• Report on EHS risks and trends, recommending improvements.
• Ensure thorough incident reporting and investigations.
• Maintain and update Site EHS Plans and associated documents.

Skills

Education

• Relevant degree or certification in Environmental Health and Safety or related field preferred.
