Editorial Product Manager (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves managing the editorial experience for the Norwegian market, ensuring high-quality content delivery across various customer touchpoints. The position is a fixed-term maternity cover within the Nordic Product Team located in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Product, Languages, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Editorial, Content Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end editorial delivery for the Norwegian market.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recipe cards, menus, and other content according to brand standards.
• Coordinate weekly deliveries across various teams including Culinary, Operations, and Marketing.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Utilize customer insights and operational data to identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong partnerships across teams and represent Editorial in cross-functional initiatives.

Skills

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient organizational skills to balance operational and strategic priorities.
• Analytical skills to leverage customer insights for improvements.
• Familiarity with digital tools, content management systems, and project management platforms like Jira.
