Job summary

The E&C Staff Manager is responsible for leading and managing the erection and commissioning activities for Product+ projects in Denmark, ensuring the high-quality delivery of GIS and PTR equipment at customer sites. This role involves overseeing resources, planning, and logistics to achieve successful project outcomes while driving improvements in quality and efficiency.

  • Significant experience in managing teams and leading people.
  • Relevant industry experience in energy or related fields.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven project management experience with effective planning and execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all erection and commissioning activities, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Develop expertise within the E&C team and act as a technical mentor.
  • Ensure consistent application of best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Shape strategy and contribute to policy development aligned with business objectives.
  • Solve operational and technical challenges using sound judgement.
  • Manage small to medium-scale projects with moderate risk.
