  • Develop and maintain the vision and strategy for the District Sales Program

  • Oversee the Sales Department, including managing a team of District Sales Executives
  • Create and manage the Sales Department budget

  • Attend networking and industry events to promote the company
  • Ensure successful transition of new business for the team
  • Develop career plans for Sales Operations and Sales Executives
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and pipeline reviews
  • Recruit and onboard new sales executives as needed
