Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the vision and strategy for the District Sales Program
  • Assess market trends and communicate insights to leadership teams
  • Implement effective marketing strategies aligned with branding guidelines
  • Collaborate with product leaders on initiatives and manage the Sales Department budget
  • Engage with prospective customers and support Sales Executives in closing deals
  • Attend networking and industry events to promote the company
  • Prepare the team for successful transitions of new business
  • Conduct coaching sessions and manage career development plans for sales staff
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new sales executives as needed
