Job summary

The role of Distribution Product Manager involves overseeing the indirect distribution strategy and modern airline retailing initiatives. This position serves as a vital link between Commercial and IT, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications. The role requires collaboration with external distribution partners and focuses on project management within a commercial context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or leadership
• Background in airline, travel, technology, or similar commercial sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Fluency in English
• Valid work permit for Scandinavia

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Commercial and IT, ensuring alignment on business and technical needs
• Lead projects related to NDC and distribution partner integrations
• Support the onboarding and development of aggregators and Direct Connect partners
• Serve as the commercial contact for NDC-related inquiries and provide second-line support
• Drive the implementation and adoption of modern airline retailing capabilities
• Deliver training and presentations to stakeholders
• Collaborate across functions to ensure successful delivery of distribution initiatives
• Utilize data and insights for performance tracking and decision-making
