Job summary

The Director, Specialist Sales is responsible for driving commercial success and market penetration of products and solutions in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and the Baltics. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure solutions meet local market needs while aligning with global business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in payments, banking, financial services, and e-commerce.
  • Understanding of small business management and financial concepts such as cash flow management and B2B payments.
  • Experience in Strategy/Management Consulting is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish/Danish; additional languages are a plus.
  • MBA or Master’s/Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Small Business product strategy for the Nordics and Baltics.
  • Align market strategy with global objectives and ensure necessary support.
  • Lead strategic projects in product development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with teams to create compelling customer pitches and value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance and user experience, incorporating feedback for improvements.
  • Manage product documentation for clarity and accessibility.
  • Act as an ambassador for SME solutions in the region and educate stakeholders.
  • Track product performance against targets and stay informed on market trends.

Skills

  • Proficiency in business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Education

  • MBA or Master’s/Bachelor’s degree required.
