Job summary

The role involves providing business leadership for the Omni Operations Product Line, focusing on the translation of fulfilment and delivery strategies into scalable capabilities and technology investments to support global growth.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of senior leadership experience with people management responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in distribution centers, warehousing, and B2B/B2C order fulfilment operations.
• Proven track record in driving large-scale business transformation and process optimization.
• Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or similar customer-focused industries.
• Familiarity with global, matrixed organizations across multiple markets.
• Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the Omni Operations Line strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
• Represent the voice of the business within the Product Line, balancing strategic objectives and operational value.
• Govern the evolution of global fulfilment and delivery capabilities and processes.
• Act as the senior business representative for fulfilment and delivery capabilities, ensuring effective governance and value realization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Change Managers.
