Director of Technical Asset Management

Job summary

The Director of Technical Asset Management will oversee the maintenance and development of technical assets and facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role involves collaboration with production and R&D teams to support the entire value chain and active partnership with the Engineering organization for project scoping and commissioning.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Engineering or a similar relevant degree.
• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven strategic thinking and holistic approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.
• Experience in collaborating with engineering to ensure cost-efficient project designs.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
• Inspirational leadership style that motivates diverse teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization responsible for technical asset maintenance and development.
• Identify and mitigate risks to supply continuity, driving improvements in reliability and efficiency.
• Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Manage three teams focused on strategic maintenance planning, metrology, BMS ownership, operations center, technical spare parts warehouse, and internal maintenance technicians.
• Report to the Vice President of Facilities & HSE and be part of the senior leadership team.
