Director of Strategy & Transformation

Job summary

This role involves driving strategic execution and transformation initiatives within a portfolio of design-led brands. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment between strategy and performance across various brand houses and markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Over 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or business operations
• Proven experience working with senior leaders in a trusted advisor capacity
• Operational leadership experience is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating priorities into actionable outcomes
• Build relationships across the organization to drive alignment and support decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and manage performance of the Value Creation Initiative portfolio
• Develop executive-level performance dashboards and monitor business performance
• Prepare materials for executive forums and contribute to strategy improvement processes

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field
