Job summary

The role involves owning the strategic agenda of a leading electric mobility company, focusing on the development and execution of strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the CEO, the Director will lead a multidisciplinary team and work on key questions shaping the future of mobility, energy, and digital services in Europe.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of leadership experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in negotiations and valuations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling complex data and forecasting models.
  • Familiarity with the energy, mobility, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement strategies that yield tangible results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across various levels, including executives and public bodies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to build and inspire a diverse team.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities for the company, translating market trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze energy strategies and develop new business models for deeper integration into the energy market.
  • Define digital platform services to create new revenue streams from existing capabilities.
  • Lead the Market & Business Intelligence team, overseeing major company forecasts and competitive analyses.
  • Manage M&A projects, including transaction structuring and negotiations.
  • Represent the company in governmental affairs and manage public funding opportunities.
  • Ensure transparent communication and alignment with shareholder expectations.
