• Lead SAP commercialization initiatives for global supply chain expansion.
• Translate commercial operating models into SAP scope and execution plans for supply chain and financial operations.
• Establish and manage program governance, decision forums, and escalation paths.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and enforce clear priorities.
• Own delivery planning, risk management, and coordination with external partners.
• Ensure SAP solutions are compliant and scalable across regions.
• Lay the groundwork for future ownership of SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• 10-15+ years of experience in leading complex programs in Biotech, Pharma, or regulated industries.
• Proven experience with SAP4HANA/ERP programs, particularly in commercial or supply chain contexts.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, 3PL management, and inventory management.
• Experience working at a senior executive level in matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of disciplined execution and stakeholder management.
