Director of Product Operations (Open Finance, Remote)

Job summary

The role focuses on overseeing product operations and market performance for Open Finance solutions across European markets. The Director will ensure that these solutions are effectively converting, performing, and scaling while addressing customer needs and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer conversion, activation, usage, and performance metrics for Open Finance solutions.
• Analyze key performance indicators to identify issues impacting customer outcomes and commercial success.
• Lead operational oversight of bank connectivity performance and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and effective resolution of connectivity challenges.
• Own the feedback loop from customer experience to product improvement, ensuring root causes of issues are identified and addressed.

Qualifications

• Experience with API-driven, data-heavy products, particularly in payments or similar sectors.
• Background in product operations, delivery, or customer success with a focus on performance management.
• Proven ability to manage complex issues across product, engineering, and commercial environments.
• Familiarity with multiple European markets is advantageous.
