Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Portfolio Management function with established governance and standards.
• Manage the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, including demand intake and delivery oversight.
• Define and implement the portfolio management strategy and enterprise portfolio management system.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align investment priorities with strategic objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Provide portfolio insights and governance for informed decision-making.
• Identify and manage portfolio risks and dependencies.
• Champion continuous improvement in portfolio processes and capabilities.
