Director, People Experience & Services

Job summary

This role is responsible for leading the Global People Experience & Services Centre of Excellence, focusing on the design, governance, and continuous improvement of HR frameworks and policies to enhance employee experiences globally. The position requires collaboration with regional leaders to ensure effective local delivery of global standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within HR or People Operations.
• Strong background in process excellence, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), and data governance.
• Experience in managing teams and driving technology adoption in HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global process excellence function, embedding continuous improvement across People operations.
• Define and track operational KPIs and drive accountability for improvements.
• Influence the People technology roadmap and drive automation and self-service initiatives.
• Manage the CoE operating cadence using agile delivery principles.
• Establish global data governance standards and partner with analytics teams for workforce insights.
• Own the global People risk management framework and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Serve as the primary partner to regional People leaders and represent Global People Services in enterprise initiatives.
• Build and inspire a high-performing global team.
