Job summary

The Logistics Procurement Director for the Nordics, Baltics, and Mediterranean regions will define and implement procurement strategies aligned with regional priorities, focusing on supplier performance and contract governance. This role involves leading strategic sourcing, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the logistics procurement strategy for the Nordics, Baltics & Meds.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and complex negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance across cost, service, quality, and compliance.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining service levels and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational needs.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in logistics procurement or supply chain leadership.
• Proven experience in international environments and fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
