• 10–15 years of leadership experience in IT and digital within complex business environments.
• Proven ability to connect business needs with technology solutions to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience engaging senior stakeholders and customers.
• Background in driving digital product adoption and business transformation.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver results through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with business units and customers to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee product performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and market insights.
• Inspire and manage a global team of 15–20 FTEs, ensuring operational excellence in delivery.
