Director of Delivery (Technology)

Job summary

As the Director of Delivery for Markets & Channels Technology, you will oversee the successful execution of complex digital product initiatives, leading a team of Technical Program Managers and Agile Coaches to ensure high performance and scalability in delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading large delivery organizations and managing leaders.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital portfolios.
• Familiarity with both agile and traditional delivery models.
• Experience in Agile Coaching and delivery practices.
• Knowledge of product management, engineering, and financial management.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on talent development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• High emotional intelligence and adeptness in navigating complex situations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the largest digital programs and product portfolios.
• Ensure transparency in delivery roadmaps, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business leaders to align strategy with outcomes.
• Maintain strong governance and proactive risk management practices.
• Lead and develop the Delivery team, setting performance expectations for excellence.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and feedback within the team.
• Establish standards and frameworks for delivery and coaching practices.
