Job summary

The role involves leading the strategic direction and growth of the Sloped Roof Windows product category, focusing on a transition to a commercially driven category management model. The Director will oversee a team dedicated to category management and product marketing, ensuring competitiveness in the global market.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the category strategy for Sloped Roof Windows to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including performance analysis, repositioning, and end-of-life decisions.
• Optimize the product portfolio and identify innovation opportunities in collaboration with market Managing Directors.
• Develop pricing, channel, and value strategies to enhance market position.
• Lead and empower the team to achieve strategic initiatives and ambitious objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans.
