The Director of Client Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding the customer account management team to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth within the travel industry. This position requires a blend of relationship management and team leadership, focusing on delivering value to clients and achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client management and people leadership
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in business English
  • Solid business and financial acumen with a track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to influence and manage change effectively
  • Experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills and executive-level presentation capabilities
  • Flexibility in working hours

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance and Technology
  • Develop and own the customer strategy and experience for the GMN team
  • Ensure the team meets financial and productivity KPIs
  • Lead and inspire the client management teams
  • Maintain clear internal communication and represent customer insights in product development
  • Design and implement client retention and revenue growth strategies
  • Manage P&L and approve client settlement content
  • Identify risks and coordinate action plans to mitigate them
