The role involves managing digital risks within the CISO Office, focusing on cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, AI, and technology risks to ensure operational resilience and client trust.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital risk management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and assess risks related to security, data protection, privacy, and technology.
  • Maintain oversight of control effectiveness and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Regularly monitor and mitigate identified threats in accordance with the Group’s Risk Appetite.
  • Evaluate new technologies for potential risks and benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in risk management within a financial institution.
  • Extensive background in cybersecurity, privacy, and technology risk management.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0 and regulatory requirements like DORA.
  • Relevant certifications (CRISC, CISSP, or CISM) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
