Job summary

This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of digital retail activities. The position is a maternity cover, expected to start on 1 October 2026 for one year.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist colleagues in over 40 markets with administrative tasks and communication.
  • Manage store review processes and maintain accurate location data.
  • Create and distribute weekly digital performance reports.
  • Develop presentations for meetings, both online and in-person.
  • Support the administration of digital platforms to ensure efficient workflows.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Interest in video editing and creating engaging presentations; familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is beneficial but not required.

Education

  • Relevant experience in retail or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
