Digital Project Manager (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves leading digital projects from inception to launch, ensuring alignment between client ambitions and user needs. The Digital Project Manager will foster collaboration within teams and maintain project momentum while delivering meaningful digital experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
• Proven track record in leading digital products, services, or customer experience projects across various disciplines.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with practical experience in Design Thinking or similar methodologies.
• Confident in engaging with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Interest or experience in AI applications within digital solutions.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects from kick-off to launch.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, guiding their decisions and priorities.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, managing issues effectively to keep projects on track.
• Create supportive processes and environments for team success.
• Contribute to the development of AI, digital, and experience offerings.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or related fields.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is expected.
