Digital Project Controls Director

Job summary

This role is focused on leading the strategy, design, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital controls within capital delivery performance across major projects in Europe. The position requires a blend of senior-level project controls expertise and hands-on experience with digital tools to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering complex digital projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk, and change control.
• Hands-on experience with digital control platforms (e.g., Oracle Primavera Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement digital project strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
• Develop roadmaps for digital platforms, including project management information systems (PMIS) and data governance.
• Translate business needs into system design specifications.
• Lead the selection and configuration of digital control systems.
• Conduct testing and validation of system integrations and data flows.
• Promote user adoption through training and effective communication.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital outputs.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.
