Digital Product Information Lead

Job summary

The Digital Product Information Lead is responsible for managing and enhancing the digital product information ecosystem to ensure accuracy, localization, and discoverability across various channels and global markets. This role involves governance, operational ownership, and continuous improvement within the Experience Design & Revenue Optimisation team.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in digital product information, product content, PIM platforms, or digital commerce operations.
• Experience in balancing strategic governance with hands-on operational execution across multiple systems and markets.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy, categorization, attributes, metadata, and structured product information.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to operational workflows.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and enhance standards for product information across channels and markets.
• Manage daily workflows for product information enrichment, validation, localization, and publishing.
• Collaborate with PIM Product Owners and cross-functional teams to improve operational delivery and product information capabilities.
• Support product discoverability and navigation through enriched product information.
• Monitor product information quality and drive continuous improvements in governance and workflows.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and support operational improvements related to digital commerce.

Education
